The Trumpet Ensembles directed by Timothy Leasure will open the event. Symphonic Band's program includes the music of Julian Work, Morten Lauridsen, Florence Price, Jeffrey Brooks, and Joseph Wilcox Jenkins. Trumpet Ensembles directed by Timothy Leasure will open the program.Scott A. Jones, conductor; graduate associates Dustin Ferguson and Sarah Baker, guest conductors.Please join the musicians for a reception in the Lower Lobby of Weigel Auditorium immediately following the performance, sponsored by the Chi Chapter of Tau Beta Sigma.This concert is free and open to the public. An open stairway located just inside the south doors leads to the hall.If an elevator is needed, walk through the Music Commons, behind the open stairway to the back hallway. Park in the Ohio Union South Garage (open to visitors 24/7), walk North along College Rd. to enter the South doors of the Timashev Music Building.
