Staff and counselors, many of whom are either current students or alumni of the flute studio at Ohio State, mentor and coach the Flute Workshop attendees; this recital gives each counselor an opportunity to demonstrate their artistry for the young flutists and general public.
Works for flute solo or flute and piano will be performed by Joe Sipzner and Beth Rogers, Vivien Huang, Daniel Zipin, Alex Goad, Kelsey Fulmer, Hailey Nowacek, Morgan Oberweiser, Leah Bandman, Daniel Gallagher and Kirsi Smith; with collaborative pianist Jiung Yoon.
This recital is free and open to the public.
