The School of Music is pleased to present its Tent Showcase Series in the outdoor tented venues at the Browning Amphitheatre and Stillman Hall. These performances may be enjoyed by masked and distanced campus community members.
Performers include soloists Jiwoon Choi, flute and Clay Schneider, marimba; a duo — Daniel Zipin, flute and Thomas LaMon, cello; and chamber groups — Ohio State Bassoon Ensemble (Adrian Oliver, Dustin Gourley, Dylan Tharp, Max Zywica, Nate Centa); Box Combo Quintet (Grace Forrai, flute; Jade Robertson, oboe; Nathan Murta, clarinet; Nate Centa, bassoon; Trevor Healy, horn); Bella Quartet (clarinetists Alyssa Powell, Erin Dowler, Gabrielle Valladares and Vanessa Klassen, bass clarinet).
In case of inclement weather, the event will be canceled no later than one hour prior to the performance.
Featuring both faculty and students, each concert will showcase a varied offering of solo and chamber ensembles, representing the many diverse performance areas from the School of Music.
Performances will rotate locations, days and times, in our hope to reach as much of the campus community as possible.
