Ohio State is in the process of revising websites and program materials to accurately reflect compliance with the law. While this work occurs, language referencing protected class status or other activities prohibited by Ohio Senate Bill 1 may still appear in some places. SEL renamed 18th Avenue Library

Building gets new name after spring break

The Science and Engineering Library has a new name. Effective March 18, SEL became the 18th Avenue Library, the first OSU Libraries facility with a name based on its physical location. A number of activities being implemented will prepare for the new designation, including the location change to the Libraries’ catalog, revisions throughout the system’s web site, and the addition of new signage. The name change will also be used as an opportunity to promote the library’s collections and its 24/7 schedule.

The Music/Dance Library is housed on the second floor, where Musicology Lecture Series presentations take place in room 205 on designated Monday afternoons. For descriptions of upcoming lectures, see Musicology Events.
