INSTRUCTIONS

Audition Form for Big Bands, Combos, Commercial Ensembles and Applied Lessons

Please complete this form at least one day prior to the scheduled date for your instrument. If you are auditioning on multiple instruments, submit separate forms.

Auditions will take place during the first week of autumn classes. See Jazz Auditions for details and SignUpGenius links to schedule a time.

No audition is required for vocalists interested in the Gospel Choir. Simply register for the course.
