As part of our celebration of Latin American music during Hispanic Heritage Month, School of Music ensembles and soloists perform selections by Lecuona/Nestico, Chausson/Valverde, Jorge Ben, Piazzolla, Carrillo, Guastavino, Nunó/Bocanegra, Villa Lobos, Kilenyi, Yenque and Lasala, among others. Performing groups and soloists include Collegiate Winds, Women's Glee Club, Latin Jazz Combo, Flute Troupe, Ohio State Chorale, Fabio Mazzitelli, flute; Anabella Petronsi, voice; Xin Su, piano; Ben Shaheen, percussion; Ariel Alvarado, voice; Sean Ferguson, guitar; Trevor Healy, horn.
