Space Reservation Guide for School of Music Student Organizations
Reservation fees, restrictions and booking instructions
ONLY active School of Music student organizations may request space for meetings or events.
An active student organization is one that represents School of Music interests and has a School of Music faculty advisor.
- Review the current list of School of Music Student Organizations.
- For additional Student Organization resources, visit Student Activities at Ohio State.
Space availability is subject to current demands from classes, performances and other official School of Music activity.
Per building policy, events may not be held on home football game days, on holidays, nor outside of regular building hours.
Step 1
All organizations must have a Space Use Policies Agreement on file before they can request a reservation.
The current primary leader, listed on the Ohio State Student Organizations official site, and faculty advisor of each organization will receive this agreement via DocuSign at the start of each academic year. Each must read the agreement thoroughly online, then sign the DocuSign form to acknowledge acceptance of the policies.
