Symphonic Band presents "Songs, Hymns and Tributes"
The Symphonic Band presents its second concert of the academic year with "Songs, Hymns and Tributes" as its theme. Dr. Scott A. Jones conducting and Andrew Lawrence guest conducting. Mr. Lawrence is a master's conducting associate.Program selections include Kirkpatrick Fanfare by Andrew Boysen; Whatsoever Things, Mark Camphouse; Southern Harmony, Donald Grantham; Pentland Hills, James Howe; Serenade for Band, Vincent Persichetti; Who Puts His Trust in God Most Just, Johann Sebastian Bach; and "Apollo Unleashed" from Symphony No. 2, Frank Ticheli.
