28th Annual Music Celebration Concert 12/2/22

Friday, Dec. 2, 2022  •  7:30 p.m.

The Ohio State University School of Music
Mershon Auditorium

WELCOME

Season’s greetings and welcome to the 28th Annual Music Celebration Concert.

We are so excited for this special event to return to campus! This unique concert shines a spotlight on our students, those at the heart of the School of Music. We come together to share, express and celebrate joy with one another. We are glad you are here.

Tonight’s concert program is an action-filled musical palette — complete with a rich array of musical characters and emotions, love and comedy, sorrow and hope, joy and reflection — all tied together with a bow and presented in the spirit of the season.

I wholeheartedly thank the many students, faculty and staff who refined their talents and expertise to bring this concert to life. A special thank you to Dr. Robert Ward who coordinated the entire production with equal parts charm and get-it-done spirit. My gratitude to each of you in attendance for your engagement and support for the School of Music. We hope to see you again soon, and we wish you and yours the best for a joyous holiday season.

Sincerely,
