High school jazz bands from Ohio and beyond will perform in Weigel Auditorium, starting at 11 a.m. Participating schools and directors include Kings HS Jazz Band (Kings Mills), Joe Polen; Columbus Alternative HS Jazz, Samuel Richardson; the Columbus City Schools Jazz All-Star Project and the Columbus Youth Jazz Studio Ensemble, Mark Donavan; West Jefferson HS Jazz, Elmer Broecker; Marysville HS Jazz Ensemble, Bill Thissen; Falcon Jazz 1 (Fairfield Union), Kaylan Goodman; and Ft. Hayes Combos 1 and 2 (Columbus), Jeff McCargish.

The Ohio State Jazz Ensemble (pictured) will end the festival with a mini-concert in Weigel Auditorium at 3 p.m. Ted McDaniel, director.
