Pick-up time: 5:30 p.m.

Pick-up location: from the OMEA Exhibit Hall A, go up the escalator to the 2nd floor and look for our Ohio State representatives at the jumbo digital screen.

Return to the convention center: shuttles will depart campus at both 7 p.m. and 7:20 p.m.


Driving / Self-park

If you are driving yourself, you may park in the Arps Garage at 1990 College Rd.

Note that the entrance to the garage is off College Road on 18th Ave.

  • Walk one block south from Arps Garage to the new Timashev Family Music Building across from Hughes Hall.
  • We are unable to provide parking validation.
