Thank you for your interest in Trombone Day. We look forward to an exciting day of performances, master classes, collaboration with the Ohio State Trombone studio, faculty and guest artists.

Sample Event Schedule
9:30 a.m. — Check-in at the Timashev Family Music Building
10–11:15 a.m. — Guest artist recital
11:30–12:45 p.m. — Guest artist master class / Q&A
12:45–1:30 — Lunch (provided) / vendor visits
1:30–2:20 — Vendor visits / Dr. Suffern fundamentals class
2:30–3:30 — Student participant chamber music reading / vendor visits
3:40–4:40 — Joint Trombone Choir rehearsal
5:30 — Finale concert, free and open to the public
All events are subject to change.
Permission Forms for Minors
Three to five days after you register and pay, parents/guardians and participants receive permission forms via DocuSign shortly after registration is complete. All forms must be returned by the DocuSign deadline in order to participate.
If you have not yet completed these forms, please do so before your arrival on February 7. If you have not received them, they may have gone to your junk mail or might have expired. Please email the event registrar Angela Heck Mueller at heckmueller.1@osu.edu.
