2023–2024 Executive Board Announcement
The Men’s Glee Club is excited to announce the election of six officers for the 2023–2024 academic year.
DAVID RICCI, President

David, a rising third-year member of Men’s Glee Club, is pursuing his Bachelor of Science in Data Analytics in the Honors College of Art and Sciences. David’s responsibilities as President include serving as the primary leader of the MGC under The Ohio State Student Union and leading the MGC Executive Board. His previous leadership experience includes working as a Resident Advisor at Ohio State, serving as a recruiting intern for InnoSource and The Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, and serving as an Enterprise Data Analytics Intern for The Cleveland Clinic. David is a proud graduate of Hawken School (Gates Mills, Ohio).
NATHAN SEDLMEIER, Vice President of Membership

Nathan, a rising third-year member of Men’s Glee Club, is pursuing his Bachelor of Arts in English with a specialization in Writing, Rhetoric and Literacy, and a minor in Music. Nathan’s responsibilities as Vice President of Membership include drafting internal newsletters to MGC members and managing our internal and external performance and event calendars. His previous leadership experiences include working as an Undergraduate Writing Consultant at The Ohio State University Writing Center and as a freelance editing assistant for Marvel Comics. Nathan is a proud graduate of Woodmore High School (Elmore, Ohio).
NATHAN FISHER, Vice President of Operations

Nathan, a rising third-year member of Men’s Glee Club, is pursuing his Bachelor of Science in Geographic Information Science with a minor in City and Regional Planning. Nathan’s responsibilities include planning and executing internal and external club events and facilitating the Big–Little Program. Nathan’s previous leadership experience includes serving as a two-year member of the MGC Operations Committee and was a member of the Ohio State First Year Collegian leadership program. Nathan is a proud graduate of Dublin Coffman High School (Dublin, Ohio).
GRANT EKSTROM, Vice President of Finance

Grant, a rising third-year member of Men’s Glee Club, is pursuing his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance and with minors in Real Estate and Music. Grant’s responsibilities include managing all finances flowing into and out of the MGC and reporting the status of accounts to the conductor and Executive Board. Outside of the Club, Grant is an active member of the Gamma Iota Business Fraternity at Ohio State, a student manager at multiple coffee shops on campus, and will serve as a sales and marketing intern at Alta Marketing in Las Vegas, Nevada this summer. Grant is a proud graduate of Findlay High School (Findlay, Ohio).
RYAN BIERYLA, Vice President of Alumni Relations

Ryan, a rising second-year member of Men’s Glee Club, is pursuing his Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences Air Transportation and a minor in Music. Ryan’s responsibilities will include serving as the primary student representative on behalf of the The Ohio State University Men's Glee Club Alumni Association, working closely with Dr. Tim Best to facilitate MGC alumni events. Ryan’s previous leadership experience includes serving on the MGC Communications Committee and serving as President of The Colleyville Heritage Panther Choir. Ryan is a proud graduate of Colleyville Heritage High School (Colleyville, Texas).
SHAAN DESAI, Vice President of Networking

Shaan, a third-year member of Men’s Glee Club, is pursuing his Bachelor of Science in Economics and his Bachelor of Science in International Studies with minors in Music, Spanish, and History. His responsibilities include managing the Club’s social media accounts and organizing opportunities for outreach. Outside of Club, Shaan is treasurer of The Alexander Hamilton Society and Treasurer of Buck That! A Cappella. He is also an active member of the Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law Fraternity at Ohio State. Shaan’s previous leadership experience includes serving on the MGC Operations Committee. Shaan is a proud graduate of Hillsborough High School in Hillsborough, New Jersey.
