Yanju Jiang is a PhD student and graduate research associate in musicology. Prior to attending Ohio State in 2018, she earned a PhD degree in law from the Graduate School, China Academy of Social Sciences and worked as a legal researcher for several years. Her works explore the collective management of performing rights in the United States, and the strategies of commercial secrets protection. Her current research focus is how the intellectual property legal system and policy help to shape the music industry in China.
