Join us for the sixth annual Viola Day! The event will be held at Weigel Hall on the Columbus campus of The Ohio State University. Participation is open to students in grades 4 – 12.

Activities of the day include viola choir, rhythm classes with percussionist extraordinaire Joseph Krygier, guest violists Marilyn Seelman and Lucy Ginther, a special session with our new instructor of double bass, Professor Barry Green (author of The Inner Game of Music), improvisation workshops and more!

NEW this year will be an elite viola ensemble open to talented high school students by audition. High school students will also have the opportunity to audition to perform in master class with Dr. Juliet White-Smith, professor of viola at Ohio State. Instructions on submitting audition videos on YouTube are included in the registration process.

Tuition for the event is $40 and includes lunch.

Registration Deadline: Tuesday, Sept. 4.
