Registration and Payment Information

String Teacher Workshop 2020

Thank you for your interest in the 2020 Virtual String Teacher Workshop which has reached capacity. Registration is closed.

 


Registration is required for participation.

Follow these steps carefully.

  1. Registration is closed. The deadline for registration and FULL PAYMENT is WEDNESDAY, JULY 1.

  2. Submit payment of $75 (non-refundable deposit) either online or by mail-in check, as noted below; the deposit secures your place in the Workshop and is credited to your total tuition. -OR- You may make one payment in full.
    You will receive an online payment link in your registration confirmation email.

College/university students who are registered student members of ASTA are eligible to enroll in the Workshop at a discounted rate.

Attendees who elect to earn Continuing Education Units (4.5 CEU) must fulfill participant requirements noted at Continuing Education Credit.

Online Payment

You may pay your deposit and tuition fees with a credit card via Stanton's Sheet Music online payment site. Payments are made through Stanton's as a third-party representative in order to keep tuition affordable.

Once you submit your Workshop registration, you will immediately receive a "Workshop Registration Confirmation" email. It will contain a link to the Stanton's online store where you may pay as follows.

  1. Read the Stanton's colorful store links carefully to be sure you select the correct payment option:

    • Workshop Deposit (yellow), $75, non-refundable, to secure your participation, -OR-
       
    • Non-Credit Tuition (blue); if you wish to pay in full, select the "Deposit not paid" box.

    • Non-Credit ASTA Student Member (orange); if you wish to pay in full, select the "Deposit not paid" box.

    • CEU Tuition (red); if you wish to pay in full, select the "Deposit not paid" box.

  2. Once you have clicked the correct payment link, follow the online prompts to complete your payment.

  3.  A receipt will be emailed to you once payment is received.

If you select the $75 deposit option, you may either pay the tuition balance online (select "Deposit paid" for your credit category) OR submit payment by mail as noted below. You will receive emails reminding you to pay the balance due. Registration and payment in full must be received before JULY 1.

NOTE: If you do not receive email confirmation after submitting your registration, email us.

Payment by Mail

If you prefer to pay by check:

  1. Make payable to Stanton's Sheet Music and print "OSU STW" on the memo line to assure accurate processing.

  2. Print a copy of your Workshop Registration Confirmation email (one page only).

  3. Mail your check and printout of your confirmation email (one page only) to:

Mail all items to the above address, at least one week PRIOR TO the July 1 deadline.

Third-Party Payor

If your Workshop tuition is being paid partially OR in full by a school or booster organization, the payor must:

  1. Provide school/organization's purchase order/invoice documentation.

  2. PRINT YOUR (REGISTRANT'S) NAME and "String Teacher Workshop" on the memo line or check stub.

  3. Include a copy of your (registrant's) Workshop Registration Confirmation email in order to ensure accurate and timely processing.

  4. Mail all items to the String Teacher Workshop address listed above, at least one week PRIOR TO the July 1 deadline.


NOTE: All credit card transactions must be made via Stanton's online payment site. NO credit card transactions will be accepted by phone, email or in person by ANY Ohio State School of Music faculty or staff member. The School of Music is prohibited from accepting credit information or currency on behalf of a third party.
