School of Music Honors Alumni

The School of Music will honor two distinguished alumni at its annual Honors Convocation on April 17. Timothy Russell will receive the 2014 Distinguished Alumnus Award. The Distinguished Service Award will be presented to Barbara Lipton Pinchuk.

Jazz Ensemble tours China

McDaniel is Music Consultant for MLK documentary

The documentary "Building the Dream" recounts the journey of an idea for a national monument honoring Martin Luther King Jr. Dr. Ted McDaniel, director of Jazz Studies, was music consultant and arranger for this project.
