Collegiate Winds presents its first concert of the academic year, themed De aquí y de allá: A Kaleidoscope of Latin American Music, featuring guest artists Fabio Mazzitelli, flute; Omar Cyrulnik, guitar; Anabella Petronsi, soprano; Orlay Alonso, piano; Wei-Yi Sun, piano; and the Ohio State Flute Troupe directed by Katherine Borst Jones. David Hedgecoth, conductor.

PROGRAM

This event is part of the Latin American Music Celebration at The Ohio State University, Sept. 23–Oct. 8, 2019.

In celebration of National Hispanic Heritage Month (Sept. 15–Oct. 15), the Ohio State School of Music and the Organization of Hispanic/Latino Faculty and Staff proudly present a series of concerts and musical experiences that highlight the culture of Latin America.

Many School of Music performances will be held in Hughes Hall Auditorium while construction to Weigel Hall is underway. Hughes Auditorium accommodates a smaller audience and allows entry only during applause. Please plan ahead.

Note that the accessible entrance is located at the North end of the building. For evening and weekend performances, the closest parking is in Arps Garage.
