Campus Orchestra Seating Auditions (Spring)

Campus Orchestra

for Non-Majors and Music Majors Playing a Secondary Instrument

Campus Orchestra onstage with Jae Park, conductor

The Campus Orchestra is a FULL orchestra, with all orchestral instruments welcome. Campus Orchestra (formerly the Community Orchestra) provides an opportunity for non-music majors to further their musical development, make new friends and experience the artistry of performing in a collegiate orchestral ensemble. Campus Orchestra is open to students, faculty, staff and alumni with previous playing experience on their instrument.

This orchestra is also open to music majors with experience on a secondary instrument.

The Ohio State Campus Orchestra does not require a formal audition for entrance to the ensemble, however there is a seating audition, which will be held the week prior to spring semester classes (refer to the Seating Audition Instructions section below).
