Admission to the program of study for the MA (brass pedagogy), MM (brass performance), and DMA (brass performance) degrees will be determined by an audition committee on the basis of the applicant's ability to demonstrate sufficient performing ability to fulfill the requirements of the degree program.
If circumstances prevent an audition in person, a recently recorded audition will be considered. Label the recording with the applicant's name, desired degree program, mailing address, email address, recording date, titles of pieces or movements, and composer.*
University Fellowship applicants must audition by the January date listed in Graduate Auditions Information in order to be admitted in time for the Graduate School fellowship competition that is held in February.
