Music and Identity in Russia Today is a three-week, 15-credit intensive summer program in Moscow and St. Petersburg. Students will attend concerts and opera performances, meet with the world-renown musicians and teachers (voice and instruments, depending on the participants’ interests), study different facets of opera production, listen to lectures on the current status of music in post-Soviet Russian culture and society. Students who participated in this program in the past considered the cultural and social experience gained in Russia to be life transforming, powerful, unique, and most beautiful. Study Abroad program is one of the facets distinguishing our students on both personal and professional levels.
