School of Music undergraduate students and master’s candidates, chosen by audition, perform as soloists with the Ohio State Symphony on this annual gala concert.

Russell Nagy, composer, Rise of the Metropolis (World Premiere); Devin Gossett, Allegro movement from Gliere Horn Concerto; Luke Shultz, Griffes' Poem for Flute; Samuel Johnson, Allegro from Shostakovich Cello Concerto No. 1; Aaron Dvorak, Allegro moderato from Glazunov's Saxophone Concerto; Brad Granville, Allegro moderato from Franz Strauss' Horn Concerto; Shine Wu, Andante and Allegro movements from Shostakovich Piano Concerto No. 2.
