Men's Glee Club, Symphonic Choir, Chorale (No ticket required)
Chorale and Symphonic Choir join to perform Gawthrop's "Sing a Mighty Song," Lauridsen's Sa Nuit d'Ete, Vaughan Williams' "Wedding Chorus" from In Windsor Forest and Carly Simon's "Let the River Run," arranged by Craig H. Johnson. Men's Glee Club will present songs based on sacred texts, including Resonet in laudibus by alumnus Tim Sarsany (DMA, conducting); folk songs, "Simple Gifts" and "Shenandoah." The Statesmen will sing several selections including the "Buckeye Medley." Robert J. Ward and Kristina Caswell MacMullen, conductors.This concert is free and open to the public.
