Concerts and Events

The Ohio State University's Men's Glee Club presents their annual fall concert Sunday, November 22 at 3 p.m. in Weigel Auditorium, 1866 College Rd, on campus. Robert Ward, the director of the Men's Glee Club, conducts the concert featuring: "Kolm mul oli kaunist sona" by Veljo Tormis; "Veni Sancte Spiritus" by Leos Janacek; "Solstice" by Tim Sarsany; "Khorumi" by Mamia Khatelishvili; "And Draw Her Home with Music" by Nancy Hill Cobb.
 

 The OSU School of Music, the Swank Pedagogy Lab and the OSU SNATS Chapter will present a Lecture-Recital entitled “From Congregational to Urban Crossover: The Faces and Sounds of Gospel Music” by Dr. Crystal Sellers, soprano. Dr. Sellers is an OSU School of Music alumna and currently teaches at Bluffton University. She will be assisted in her presentation by The Holy Temple Church of God Choir and Anointed Harmony. The event takes place Sunday, November 22, 2009 at 5:00 PM in Hughes Auditorium, 1899 N. College Road on the OSU Campus. Admission is free.
